Hello Team,
I am writing this with huge disappointment regarding my recent travel on 27th June 2024 and 28th June 2024. My visa wasn’t valid for the travel since i completed my 30 days schengen visa. However my visa expiry date was 20th July 2024.
The reason for writing this complaint is , this happened due to mere negligence of the check in guy who gave me boarding pass without checking the visa correctly. I wouldnt have flown to zurich and would have saved lot of money.
After this incident when swiss officials returned me to india on 28th june 2024, my passport was taken by another member who gave it to immigration officer who lost my boarding pass. He was very arrogant and he said me to get lost not only he was sorry for his mistake but he also told me get lost in front of all the members. this incident happened last night. Now to my surprise when i came to collect my baggage, i even lost it. I am clueless and hugely disappointed with all the losses that has occured.
I would need compensation for all the damages which has happened to me not only mentally but also my dignity was questioned yesterday.
