The staff made me weigh my backpack- laptop bag and my hand bag for the 1st time in the 10 years that I have been travelling. It is very unfair. They made me remove kgs from my handbags and telling me to make the my check in luggage into 24 kgs and then made me pay for the excess. Very unprofessional behavior from young recruits.
