Namaskar
My dad n mum where coming back on the 3rd March 2026.
Their names are Mr Ramesh Hansjie and Mrs Urmilla Hansjie. My dad is 76 and is mum is 71. They are elderly. At the check-in counter my dad asked for 2 wheelchairs as they have difficulty in walking. To hire a wheelchair your staff said it would cost 2700 rupees per wheelchair.
I would like to complain that this is how your staff treats the elderly. They were very demanding.
So my dad and mum declined the offer. They slowly walked to the terminal where they boarded the flight.
I am totally disgusted with the service you offer.
Nowhere in the world do they charge the elderly for wheelchair service, accept for India. This caused a problem as I could not do the online checking for the boarding pass. As they were asking for payment first.
Looking forward to hearing from you
Kind regards,
Kamal Hansjie
