Appreciate the free wifi service provided but its limited to only 45min.
I would recommend that you open information desk at multiple locations throughout the terminals or setup a kiosk where you can scan your passport and issue OTP. Current setup of only one information desk all the way in front by Duty free area is of great inconvenience to all foreign passengers who have no cellphone services.
In addition, currency exchange services issue. You have few desk for currency exchange but they provide only foreign exchange NO Indian Rupees. If a flight is delayed and passenger need to access food services, how shall they buy things without Rupees. When their travel is ending, its natural that they would have very limited Rupees left. Last week i was in this similar situation with many other international travelers who had India as connecting location. we all could not get Indian rupees to buy food. This is one of the biggest miss on your part.
I request that you kindly these two issues. Otherwise, airport is maintained very well, clean and staffed well too. Thank you for all that you do.
