Dear Complaints-team, the Mumbai airport T2 security check-in for domestic flights is the worst and most uneffective check-in that I have seen across ALL(!) continents and big airports. The officers were very unfriendly und unhelpful, most of them actually just standing around while there were huge(!!) cues. Watching them gave me the impression that they are actually not capable of doing their job. Additionally, the whole tray system is very ineffective, ensuring that there are never any trays coming to the last rows. This should be changed. Just look at any other big airport in the world and take them as an example. It’s really not that hard. And as if this was not enough, the officers took my bags to do a second check, which took additional 30min waiting (due to the huge cues). I knew they would not find anything because I had literally gone through security check-in 3hrs earlier in another domestic airport. And they did not. So all this ended with me having to run through the entire airport in the middle of the night to get my flight on last call. Reading your signs about how this airport has been awarded the best actually leaves me wondering how!??? So just to ensure that you know, I am not the only unhappy customer with this service and I would really urge you to train your personell better, as well as improve your tray systems! This was a very very bad and actually insulting experience. It gave me the impression that the officers are missusing their power and are insulting my rights as a human being and I want someone to take responsibility for the stress and insults they caused me!
