**Subject:** Complaint Regarding Forced Priority Bundle Check-In at Mumbai Airport
Dear Sir / Madam,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my recent travel experience at Mumbai Airport.
At the check-in counter, I was compelled to opt for a priority bundle check-in service even though I was there more than 1.5hrs before Departure Time and was charged INR 2,500, despite not voluntarily choosing this option. The staff member involved did not provide a clear justification for this charge, as per him my hand luggage that is 5 kg supposed to be a hand bag not in trolly suitcase and he wrongly charged and made receipt of Priority boarding which is totally wrong I can easily reach to the Boarding area for flight with normal airport procedure but forcefully made me into Priority boarding unfortunately, I do not recall their name. However, I can provide the receipt issued at the time for your reference and further investigation.
While this incident was disappointing, I want to emphasize that I have always valued traveling with Salam Air and often recommend your services to others. I trust you will address this matter seriously to ensure such situations are avoided in the future.
Kindly look into this issue and let me know the outcome at your earliest convenience. I would appreciate any steps taken to rectify this.
