2 backpacks lost in mumbai

Hello, 

 

 We have lost our baggage and are currently in goa. We departed from Munich and then went to Warsaw, Mumbai, and then Goa. We have already contacted the airport in Goa, and they informed us that they don’t have the bags. 

 

Therefore, we believe it is in Mumbai. We only checked in our bags in Munich, and they assured us it would be directly routed to Goa.
