Details of the item lost

Dear Sir 

 

   I travelled  from Mumbai to Goa on 25th April on Air India flight no AI 2745 in the afternoon from T 2 My adhar card was left behind  on the counter, 

I was informed about it by the  counter staff   when i was in the departure lounge, but  could not get  back through the security, and time was  short, 

 I was given the numbers of the Air India  lost and found  department but   cant get through on both the numbers can you please let me know the procedure  to recover my card  or can the Adhar card be sent by speed post to my residence  or can i  come personally and collect the same
