I, Mrs.Chandra kala Akkireddy, travelled through indigo airlines on 27th Dec 2023 from Bangalore to Vizag with PNR YWI33Y, had lost my Pregnancy medical records during security check.
Papers will be in orange colour folder which contains pregnancy record book from Bharat Electronics Limited Hospital unit, Scan reports from Manipal hospital and NG diagnostics, Medicine prescriptions, Original Aadhar of Chandrakala Akkireddy, Pregnancy booklet given by UPHC, Aadhar copies of Venkatesh Bandaru, SSC certificate copies of Chandra kala Akkireddy etc
Over the call, it was informed that file was found. As I’m in vizag, I’m unable to collect the file in person and hence I request you to pls handover the found file with documents to Mr.Vivek Ankem.
