Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well.
I was traveling from Mumbai to Bangalore on September 1, 2024, and passed through the T1 terminal at Mumbai Airport. At approximately 10:00 PM, I inadvertently left an envelope containing my medical reports, blood test results, and bills on the baggage security check conveyor belt.
I am currently in Bangalore and, unfortunately, do not have a soft copy of these important documents. I would be extremely grateful if you could check if the envelope has been found and provide any assistance in retrieving it.
