I am writing to follow up on my luggage that was misplaced on my recent flight with SpiceJet. I was informed by SpiceJet that my baggage was successfully located at Mumbai Airport, which is relieving news. However, the issue of its delivery to Toulouse, France, remains unresolved.
Given that Turkish Airlines operates flights from Mumbai to Toulouse, I would like to request that my luggage be transported via this route. This matter has been pending since my flight at the end of November, and it has now been over a month with no resolution.
This delay is causing significant inconvenience, as I am currently stranded in my personal life without my belongings. The timely recovery of my luggage is crucial for me.
