Hello,
I am contacting you because I could not collect my luggage at Mumbai airport after my flight from Bangkok – to Mumbai (SG 82) on Saturday, November 25. I arrived around 2 am and and the deck to collect the luggage was number 7.
I arrived at the airport and then had an international transit, from Mumbai to Istanbul and my final destination was France. I had to change airline company in Mumbai (SPICE JET to INDIGO), but my luggage was not transferred.
Here is a description of my luggage :
It’s a big green bag branded Osprey (13kg) with clothes: tops, pants, shorts, blue shirt, underwear, shoes: 5 pairs: 2 types of sandals, one pair of flip-flops and one pair of Air Force 1 white), hygienic products like shampoo and soap.
