I lost my iPhone on the Air India Flight AI 180 that landed on 31/05/2024 at 2 am at Mumbai International Airport. The Airline staff helped me track the iPhone, and I was told that they found it and that the phone would be delivered via security to the gate where I was taking a connecting Air India Flight to Trivanathapuram. But the phone did not arrive at the gate, and then I was told that I would get it at Trivandrum.
I talked to the Air India personnel at Trivandrum but was directed to put in a lost and found request.
The description of the iPhone is that the phone is on Air Plane mode and 001- 502-544-5565 which is a US number. The screen guard on the phone is peeling from the left lower bottom and is cracked from through the center. It has simple plastic protective case that covers all four corners of the phone.
