Am Fahima Safar, travelled from cochin to muscat via Mumbai on 7th Jan 2024. Upon reaching Muscat, i found one of my jewellerh which consists of a chain and pendent set of which pendent is of ruby and emerald and a baby bracelet which has strawberry design in them, lost from my baggage and the case of that was left open . I want to register a complaint and start an enquiry on the same asap..
