Dear Sir/Madam,
I had travelled from Mumbai to Bengaluru on 1st August 2024 on AI641, between 1850 and 2030 hours, and had left iPad on-board flight while deboarding. I had contacted Air India airline customer care and Bengaluru terminal lost and found section for the same. However, no positive response received so far. As the flight AI641 returned to Mumbai from Bengaluru, I was advised to contact Mumbai terminal.
I request to check if any such lost item has been reported by the airlines and if so, please let me know.
I am sharing the details below:
iPad: 9.7 inch, 2018 model, with black color case, 360 degree rotatable, with Apple pencil in it.
Travel information: AI641, 1850 departure from BOM and 2030 arrival at BLR airport. Seat number 14F.
