Good morning
I would like to ask about my lost luggage from flight (UK 123, 11th January 2024) from Abu Dhabi (I have checked in the luggage there) through Mumbai to Bangkok.
It is a yellow carry-on suitcase from a company called Wings. It has a red lock in it. It was taped with a silver tape at the bottom and it should have 2 small stickers on it. I’m attatching a photo of it I have found for reference with the message. I have my medication there which has to be taken every day. I have hashimoto disease.
I have already contacted lost luggage service on the Bangkok airport. The authorities of Bangkok airport told me that the bag was held in Mumbai by security due to a power bank inside. The lock can be broken, I don’t care about it. The security key to open the bag should be: 6382 or 638 if there are only 3 digits available (but I’m not completely sure, I would have to physically be there and try to remember). I authorize you to open the bag to remove the power bank in another way if you can’t open it with the code.
