Hi,
I have lost my temporary visa extension document (Fiktionsbescheinigung) issue by German government on December 31, 2023 around 04:30 AM. I presented this document at the check-in counter with the Indigo representative for my flight to Istanbul at 06:40 AM. Unfortunately, I noticed it missing at the immigration counter.
I urgently need assistance in locating my document.
