UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Airlines provide assistance to unaccompanied children below 12 years. Airline staff takes responsibility of the minor post check-in until handing over to an authorized person at the destination.

TERMINAL 2

  • Near check-in area, near South West Pier – Level 2 and after immigration, near core Duty Free area – Level 4

For Baby Strollers

  • Go to the check-in counters – D & K on Level 4.
    Important: To use this facility, submission of a photo ID at the Information Desk is mandatory. To return the stroller get in touch with the Zone C officer on 8879992373. Or, contact the Information Desk to return the stroller in lieu of your ID Card.

Postal Services

Now, you can avail the facility of postal service even when travelling. You can visit the postal service counters located at the below mentioned locations for sending out important last minutes documents or letters.

SMOKING ZONES

Mumbai Airport ensures a smoke free environment and has enclosed rooms / lounges to smoke. Passengers are encouraged to avail this facility if they want to smoke when at the airport. The locations of the smoking lounges are given below.

FREE WI-FI

Enjoy free WiFi service in both the public and transit areas of Mumbai Airport. Simply follow the steps below to start surfing.

  • Launch your internet browser (e.g Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer) and key in a valid website address to access the login page.
  • Select either “Free wifi” or “Premium WiFi access”.
    (Note: For WiFi access, you will require a local/ roaming number.)
  • Next, input the password obtained via the following method:

Mobile Phone

  • Enter your mobile number on the WiFi login page to receive a One-Time-Password via SMS.
  • Key in the provided password in your internet browser to begin surfing.

*Mobile number need to be a active phone number on which you can receive text message. 

For free Wi-Fi access for Passengers without a SIM card or without international roaming facility

  • Passenger can use Wi-Fi by seeking assistance at the information desks.
  • After scanning documents viz. passport (international pax), driving license, PAN card, Aadhar Card, etc (domestic pax). This is a mandatory requirement from DoT [guidelines for the same are available at all information desks to be shared with pax if required.
  • Input the password in the login page to begin surfing.

The passengers also have an option of availing paid Wi-Fi at nominal rates before expiry of complimentary Wi-Fi time by making an online payment

PARKING FACILITY AND FEES

 

Mumbai Airport has a well planned car parking facility at both domestic as well as international terminals. Car parking areas are designated as per the convenience of the passengers. These car parking areas are well maintained and operational throughout the day. Specific pick up and drop off points are assigned across terminals. Frequent travellers can avail the monthly car parking pass. Two wheeler parking is also available at all terminals. 

The car parking capacity as per terminals is as follows:

International Terminal (T2) – 1500 car slots.

MEDICAL CENTER

MEDICALCENTER 

Mumbai Airport fully equipped to look after your health and well-being. There are specialized Medical Inspection (MI) rooms, doctors and paramedics along with fully equipped ICU ambulances available at the airport to attend to any medical emergencies, 24/7.
