16 delay of flight no.IX 5004

@airindiaexpress this is an appalling failure! Flight no IX 5004 – Mumbai to Calicut scheduled at 7 AM at 4th Jan’25 was delayed to 7 PM, then 9 PM, and now they are saying it might be canceled.
Passengers, including elderly and those traveling from Dubai and distant places, have been stranded at the airport since 3 AM.
No food, no water, no updates, no manager on-site to address this chaos. Communication has been abysmal, and passengers are left in the dark. This level of incompetence and disregard for basic care is unacceptable.
