Dear Team ,
Good Evening , How are you all ?
Subject : To Whom It May Concern
Iam Karan from Dubai and I Own a Shipping Company , I just wanted to Inform Mumbai Police that one of my Employee MR Sushant Ganesh Jabre who is under my Employment Visa in Dubai ,
and he had got an Arrest Warrant and a Travel ban as well ( Proof Attached ) There is a Civil Case going on Mr Sushant for which he had Been Stuck here in Dubai since 12th Feb 2023 and had been Absconding since then and trying to kill the Time as much as he can ( Dubai Immigration Proof also attached that he Exited from Mumbai Airport and now I got to Know Through Social Media he had Entered Mumbai Illegally
While Working in Dubai he told me Once that he will spend 6 months Outside Mumbai and he will try to be an NRI Citizen and Save Taxes in Mumbai but I don’t knew his Intention and thought he wont
I really don’t know to what Extent his NRI will be approved , But the main Reason for him to be here more than 6 months is because he is trying to Escape and he is on Wanted list in Dubai Police Records

I had Attached the Court Copy proof for Travel Ban and his Passport details so that Indian Govt can be aware if he applies for Saving tax just be careful on that as he might take that Advantage of Showing that he was Outside Mumbai for more than 6 Months but the Actual Reason is that he is Escaping from Cops and trying to hide and kill the time as much as he can ,
He has Many Bank Accounts in Mumbai as well for which he might try to take the Benefit ,
His Dubai Visa and Emirates Id is also Expired and he is Over staying in Dubai Without with a Huge amount of Fines is on and he is not cancelled his Visa also as he is on my company Visa ,
Dubai CID are Trying to Search for him but he is not been caught yet ,
Just thought of Informing Indian Government and to Open a FIR against him if Possible please Under Section 44 as he had Entered Mumbai Illegally from Dubai
And Taken a Huge Amount of Money from me for that Police Had Issued a Arrest and Travel Ban as well but somehow he tried to Escape and Trying to Threaten me as well when I Spoke to him few Weeks back

and do Deep interrogation how he had entered Mumbai Illegally and why is he trying to Escape from Dubai Police and Please send him back to Dubai Through Interpol Procedures as per Tie up with Dubai and Mumbai
He is Fully Active in Social Media as well and he has a Club in Andrei Mumbai and his Address in Passport is mentioned he stays in Sion
