Dear Team,
Fixed charge with minimum of Rs 160 are collected from the vehicles coming at arrivals to pick up. Even if the car is not parked and comes only for pick up the traveller, fixed amount is charged and collected from all the commuter. This is not the facility you expect from one of the world class airports.
Suggestions –
1. To have separate queue for only pick up at arrivals and parking
2. Applicable charges to be collected only if they vehicle has taken more than 30-35 mins from entry gate to exit gate. Keeping window time high, after considering traffics in peak time.

भाई यह पार्किग अडानी के पास अभी गई है इसके पहले यह पार्किंग GVK कम्पनी के पास थी तब भी यही चार्ज लिया जाता था टर्मिनल 2

निजी वाहनों का सुल्क 30 min फ्री की आपकी बात से सहमत हूं लेकिन क्या आप मुझे ये बता सकते हैं की यह पार्किंग अडानी के पास कब गया है वर्ष 2016 में GVK कम्पनी द्वारा यह पार्किंग सिस्टम लागू किया गया था जो आज तक लागू है उस वक्त आपने आवाज क्यों नहीं उठाई आपको तो बस सब चोर ही लगेंगे
