To my utmost frustration experience at Mumbai Airport.I bought my ticket with 35kg plus 7kg hand carry.I also additionally tried so hard to purchase extra 5kg but unsure of your system as to why was not able to accept my credit mode payment and paytm mode payment.On top of the frustration, I was not able to web checked in.Came to your counter, was given some bag dimensional coaching with strict guideline of only 32 kg is allowed and not 35kg??? Why the hell I।bought for 35kg luggage then..in fact I was sent out 4 times to reduce the bag and catch your staff at the counter was having a gala time discussing and laughing over my matter instead of helping me. Do you know how frustrated I was and upon all the mess about my baggage issue and ended up paying excess fee of 2000rs plus for no reason they even weigh my handbag.. first time encountering this??? Never experience this any part of the world…lastly your staff stopped me for my visa when I have a handed a letter from e frro on my visa extension.I had overall a nasty experience with the staff over the counter..I am a foreigner and told her I am married to your Indian citizen and to read the content of the letter properly. I have extended a complaint about you people to Mumbai e frro as well for your irresponsible behaviour failing to read the letter prepared by e frro of Mumbai itself.Very shameful with the staff attitude whom was taking care of Malaysian Airline flight on last Monday 29th May night flight at 11.30pm.With all the frustration, and it looks as if I was purposely hold by them for no reason.I had the horrible service ever.I wished to not be travelling from Mumbai anywhere in future.The worst experience as I encountered one after one.Very annoyed and far worst bad experience all fully.
