ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF AT SAUDI AIRLIEN COUNTER

On the 08/12 at Mumbai Airport check in counter for Saudi Airline we were informed that on the same day a new rule has been implemented by the airline that we can not take the laptop bag. So we are only suppose to have only on bag for 23 kg and one hand care for 7kg. Keeping in mind that when I travelled to India on the 19/11/2024 there was not such rule. Saudi Airline did not send any email informing the introduction of this rule. The staff at Mumbai Airport was rude and abusive. They were been very rude to all the passengers. They threatened me by off loading me. I asked for a staff member from Saudi Airline but no one was present there. They kept telling us that a supervisor is coming but no one showed up. I was really felt helpless. There was no customer service and we were told put the laptop bag in to my suitcase and I was forced pay for the extra weight. I paid extra INR 11450. I would like to inform you that how come no saudi airline staff was not present at the airport and also no email was sent to me informing me of this rule. I was travelling from far if I would have been informed of the rule I would have packed accordingly. The staff Mumbai are running a scam as they screen shot of the rule said European countries – I informed them that I was travelled to UK and UK was not part of European Union. But one of the staff member at Mumbai Airport namely Ibrahim was literally bullying me. I was with my young 4 years old daughter but he was rude as hell. I did not even want to disclose his name keeping in mind that he is working in a field of customer service. I would like you to investigate the scam ran by your staff at airport. I would like to be refunded for the amount of INR 11450 as I have paid this amount because Saudi Airline did not inform us of this change of rule. I hope I will get a positive response to this complaint. After paying I had to argue for the receipt. They were not willing to provide me with the receipt. I can provide you the copy of receipt as well. Thanks.
