Since the past couple of months I’ve travelled through both airport Terminals. Upon arrival we book a taxi for respective address. Upon reaching the booked Taxi the drivers are rude, unhelpful and start bullying to pay them extra for dropping to an address because the location mentioned on the slip is usually a landmark. I’ve experienced this the 3rd time in a row.
It’s unfair that due to the communication problems between the desk and taxi unions we have to sit and argue with them the minute we are back in the city.
Drivers abuse, and complain that we don’t give the correct address or openly diss us for errors. The behaviour is rude and unprofessional before the trip even begins.
AC and non AC taxi Services Bullying
I returned from Patna in a flight .At mumbai airport ola zone parking it took me 2 hours to get a ride.In this duration 6 drivers cancelled the ride at the last minute.Barring one no one was picking up the call.This is the same case with many of my friends and this is nothing but a nexus between private cab services and ola due to which common man is facing unprecedented problems.
These ola and uber drivers are taking cut form the prepaid taxi people when the customer finally go for 3X times of the normal Ola ride.
Goverment and adani both are fucking the common people and don’t give a damn
Ola drivers and prepaid taxi drivers are working in nexus at Mumbai airport….they just don’t arrive at P4 ola parking citing various excuses…. ultimately they cancel ride or the customer cancels…. suddenly prepaid drivers will approach you or another Ola driver will approach you saying that they will take u…but the fare will be 3x than usual…despite a lot of complaints and what not…. government or adani is doing nothing…all these people have a nexus and are working hand in gloves…the mumbai airport is ruined..
