I booked a taxi and asked for my destination near Gokul dham. Driver was so ruide that he dropped me on road and refused to take me to my destination which was hardly 100 mtrs far.

    At the counter, I asked for Tilaknagar cab at T2 airport prepaid taxi counter. Counter person printed Chembur on the receipt telling that it is the same and should not be an issue. I clarified while sitting in the cab that I want to go to Tilaknagar. Cab guy abused me on the way just because it was Chembur written on the receipt. Taxi number is MH02BQ2259. Please take action

    Today I booked a cab from T1 to Thane through airport prepaid taxi counter.
    Throughout the journey the driver has drove the car very harshly
    I have experienced such attitude of drivers in the past as well. They don’t want near by passenger and also hesitate to accept long distance passenger.
    As they have to accept it (as they don’t have option to refuse), they behave like this with Passengers.

    The people running this service at airport never warn them and hence this is the situation a layman faces.

    Kindly warn all these drivers. We are paying you guys and not taking free services so better behave!!

    I book a non ac cab WITH MY BOOKING REF NO. B0824296942 from T1 prepaid taxi counter for worli. The driver of taxi bearing no. MH03AT3697 namely Kadar was so rude during the travel time. I requested him stop the car down the bandra Bridge so that I one Co passenger take a another vehicle for Sion, but that Kadar angerly said I will not go there I can stop you middle of the bridge you can go from here. When we requested him to drop at least side of the road but he rudely started behaving saying Mai waha nhi jayunga apko jo karna hai, karo.
    His, entry must be ban from airport area.

    Today 4th Oct at 1:42am I booked a cab from T2 to Vile Parle through airport prepaid taxi counter.
    The taxi number is MH03AT4016 which was parked in Zone 3. Throughout the journey the driver has drove the car very harshly. His shirt buttons were also open, me and my mom being female passenger found it soo ill of him. He didnt even wear seat belt and when asked to wear, his reply was “raat ko seatbelt kon pehenta hai, waise toh aapne bhi peeche ka seatbelt pehenna chayeh”. His attitude and behaviour was very rude and harsh. While dropping we asked him to put the luggage down, he said “yeh hamara kaam nahi hai”. While I asked him for me to click photo of the reciept, he was very rude in his tone to say ‘NO’ and said ‘Paisa kon bharega mera’. He is a literal threat to the society. This was a very horrible experience and I would feel disgusted more than unsafe to travel with such taxi driver. I would request you to take a strict action against him.

    Vehicle no cool cab MH01AM 3468…booked from terminal 1 B to koparkhairane sector 11 ……they charged 986 ….but the taxi is too small …when luggage size 2 nos and three people were told and upon that AC is not working properly as there is no service …no cooling at all in any manner ….driver has no answer to anything …..booking reference B1124452862…….PLEASE CALL ME AND ENSURE TO RETURN THE FARE AND CHARGE ME BON AC FARE ONLY ……….CALL ME BACK AT 9004696421 …….your COOL CAB. CHARGED 986 ….too high to deserve even a single rupee …….THIS IS YHE WAY YOU CHEAT …..return the money easily otherwise there shall be police complaint ……. SANTOSHKUMAR PAL …..9004696421
