I booked a taxi and asked for my destination near Gokul dham. Driver was so ruide that he dropped me on road and refused to take me to my destination which was hardly 100 mtrs far.

- Inside my luggage some items Missing.
- Indian rupees stolen from Airport check in bag
At the counter, I asked for Tilaknagar cab at T2 airport prepaid taxi counter. Counter person printed Chembur on the receipt telling that it is the same and should not be an issue. I clarified while sitting in the cab that I want to go to Tilaknagar. Cab guy abused me on the way just because it was Chembur written on the receipt. Taxi number is MH02BQ2259. Please take action
Today I booked a cab from T1 to Thane through airport prepaid taxi counter.
Throughout the journey the driver has drove the car very harshly
I have experienced such attitude of drivers in the past as well. They don’t want near by passenger and also hesitate to accept long distance passenger.
As they have to accept it (as they don’t have option to refuse), they behave like this with Passengers.
The people running this service at airport never warn them and hence this is the situation a layman faces.
Kindly warn all these drivers. We are paying you guys and not taking free services so better behave!!
