Complaint filed against | Mumbai Airport terminal 2- While checking in bagagge at indigo counter for our domestic flight that was to depart to T1 |

I lost my handbag on Mumbai terminal 1 due to connecting flight issue of indigo from Dubai to Ahmedabad stop at Mumbai. Due to so much hurry to catch flight but nit received any support from airport staff to reach the terminal 1 from international airport. Though one senior citizens member is with me I don’t get any vehicle to reach gate 49B. Even we asked Buggy driver to drop us at 49B gate he refused and make argument and rude behaviour with us. In this stressful time I lost my bag. Very bad experience with Mumbai airport and Indigo airline
