Recently, we were traveling back from Mumbai to Dubai through emirates and at terminal 2 at the check in counter our bags were 2 kgs over weight in one of the bags and we were asked to adjust, then an airport staff stepped in to help us at first we declined and then he said that he’ll help us in good will and then we took out some things and balanced the weight after that the staff asked us for $2000. and was very persistent about it and followed us till the counter and subtly threatened us to pay,
and we had to pay. this was absolutely a bad and concerning experience we had at the airport and will always make us bitter about it.
