Airport Taxi driver looted money

I was travelling from T2 terminal Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport to T1 terminal. On the way a airport taxi driver (Sharukh Taufiq Khan)- Mob : 9137886722 driving taxi no – (MH 46 BB 0489) offered me to drop at Terminal 1. After a minute he showed a bill of minimum 900 rupees for taking me 3km and threatened to pay money when he drops. I was so confused and asked him to drop at the place.He refused to give the bill and was threatening me that he will take me to some cab office and i should have to pay double amount. Finally i agreed to pay 500 rupees and he got away without giving a bill which i aksed him to. Is this a good way to treat a person who is a tourist who visted Mumbai? How bad it is to loot money in this way please take necessary action againt such people. I am attaching the SS of money paid to the driver.
