Yesterday I landed by Air India flight at Mumbai Airport. There was too much of rush and people wanted to book cab for going back to home.
I found Akbar travels was asking for Rs 1400/- to the passangers to travel to Thane.from the Airport. Where as it was around Rs580 – Rs1000 on the Ola app.
This is complete exploitation of consumers. Akbar travels prices should be controlled and brought down by 50 %. Now days all class people are traveling by plane and its painful to see the prices at Airport. We may avoid other expenses but why Akbar travels is double costly.
I know I will not get resolved with this complaint but all I want to say is that you Airport Authority must check the cost of travel services who has counters at Airport and they should be reasonable. It’s a value added service.

I used Akbar Travels for a csr drop today. They are dishonest to the core. Booked a small car for 1200 and was forced tp upgrade to an SUV. Then the cars dont have fast tags and was forced to pay the penalty foe using the sealink.
They pickup the phone and then disconnect after hearing the problem and then dont answer your calls.
They should be penalised fotlr their malpractice
