Hi i would like to state the support and cooperation shown by Mr shive in retrieving my husbands mobile phone is commendable.
my husband forget his mobile in taxi and checked in the airport at terminal 2 of Mumbai.
when i called up his number the taxi driver received and inform that it is with him . i immediately called the emergency customer service number of terminal given on their website , they responded immediately and gave me the number of Mr Shiv who was on departure area duty , when i called him up ,he not even got the mobile form taxi driver who was almost 15 min away from the airport but also delivered it to my husband who was at flight gate.
My sincere thanx to airport service for all the help and i extend my gratitude to the taxi driver who helped and responded on time.
