Asked for buggy locator

I asked for buggy station location , instead of answering the guy told me it is only for senior citizens . I told him I have a high BP and palpitations issues and in any case , so he smirked and laughed at me . So 1. If I ask for a location. , I don’t need lecture on other things 2. Mocking ppl’s illnesses is extremely cruel 3. the ground staff doesn’t get to decide who gets what services – extra services are paid by customers
