Auto driver refusing to go by meter

Auto driver ( MH02 FL4905) picked us up from T1 for santacruz east and after a minute told us (me and my husband )that he will not go my meter and when we said if you won’t then stop or leave us back where you have picked us (at airport) then he started arguing, later he said now he knows where is our house and where is he dropping us, indirectly threatened us . After that we asked him to stop so that we will complain to police about him but then, he said he will do the same thing with 100s of other people. And this is not the first time that auto drivers have done this. if they don’t want to drop people in 5-6km radius then, either they should refuse at the airport itself or they should not take passengers from airport. Drivers behaving like this and threatening us for our lives is not at all acceptable.
