Self and family was travelling to Madurai from Mumbai and requested baby stroller at Help desk. After providing all documents and passes request placed but didn’t received it till 20-25 mins. When asked they replied stroller is coming from Gate though plenty of strollers was available with desk. Don’t know they are for museums. Don’t keep hoardings for stroller if don’t want to provide, wasting time of customers. Really disappointed experience.
