Baggage claim not received Ms. Vedangi

Ms Vedangi kept emailing to wrong email thats the reason the I have not received the email on call she told i would be receiving 1200 rupees for my baggage claim, later when I emailed them after 20 days i came to know that email was sent to wrong email id by Ms Vedangi post which I have sent her my bank account details as it was asked on email by Ms. Vedangi she rplied with trial mails. its been 2 months now and i haven’t received the amount please chekc and do the needful.
