BAGGAGE MISSING

Please, help me to find out my luggage, I boarded SpiceJet’s SG-59 to come from Mumbai to Dubai on 23rd April at 2 am and reached Dubai around 4 am. I stood for 2 hours on the luggage belt but only one of my 2 luggage items came. I did not get my bigger luggage. all my belongings were in that bag, valuables, daily essentials, clothes, money, cosmetics, food items etc. I am sending you the photo of my boarding pass and the photo of the luggage tags. I have been trying to contact to airline ever since all this happened. but airline had not responded. I have filed a report at the Dubai airport. I am also sending its receipt along with it. I request you to contact me. I am stuck in a very bad situation. please help me find my luggage.
