Flight cancel due to negligence of immigration officer

There was a fake complaint against me in my home town. Everything was solved by district court. During boarding time i showed all the necessary documents, even i was there at the airport exact 3 hour prior from departure time. Even though, I got boarding pass or stamp on the passport for my connecting flight to canada .There was’t any fault from my side. That’s happened by negligence of immigration officer, They wasted my time and money. I want full refund or new ticket within two days. My flight number AC 6823 and ticket number is 0143071734726
