Dear Sir/Madam,
On 05th Jan 2025, I flew with Uganda Airlines from Mumbai/Bombay (India) to Lagos (Nigeria) via Entebbe (Uganda). This concerned flight Mumbai to Entebbe flight number UR 431 & Entebbe to Lagos flight number UR 900. Upon arrival at my destination Lagos, my baggage has not arrived. At Lagos airport, I immediately informed the same. (No any complaint receipt from Lagos airport).
Earlier at Mumbai airport, same baggage has Lost Track but the lady ( Miss. Roshni Chauhan – +917507818059 ) confirmed the same. Bag confirmation mobile screenshot is attached for your info. (Uganda Airlines Boarding & Check In point, Mumbai).
Last one week I am continuously checking with Lagos airport, also I wrote mail to Uganda Airlines but there is no response.
Attaching herewith my flight ticket, boarding passes, baggage sticker/tag & baggage picture.
Please request you to check with Uganda Airlines or ( Miss. Roshni Chauhan – +917507818059 – Mumbai Airport boarding point counter, Uganda Airlines) & help me to track my baggage.
