I travelled on 8/01/2024 from Lhr – Mumbai- goa
On arrival at Mumbai I did not receive my luggage Bag at the belt in baggage hall.
I reported complaint file reference GOIAI27371
Inspire of calling and asking for my bags details I got answer saying my bag is not traceable.
On 31st jan received email from Mumbai baggage team to sign authority letter to open my bag from MIAL security check. I sign it and send it
I tried calling and asking update but no response and no reply from concern person.
While sending bag to Goa Mumbai baggage team send bag of other passenger with my name tag as a result my bag is still lying at Mumbai airport.
I tried calling Mumbai baggage team but I have no help from them as they are careless about my case don’t bother to update me. In spite of emails and call there is no response.
My bag is blue in color.
