I landed from Heathrow to Mumbai International Airport on 4th jan 2024. When I got my bag from luggage belt , it was badly broken. I got my complained registered and they told some agent will call and come and check your bag in a day or two. It’s been more than a week and no one has come or reverted to my calls.
