- Text of Complaint by Sunita Ekbote
Had a backpack and one carryon bag. Was told can only carry one carryon and a purse and not a laptop bag. Lady at the counter said it is specified on website and everywhere for all Mumbai port flights for international travel.
Was only allowed to carry the backpack separately after lady realized I was travelling Premium Economy.
Felt misguided.
Carryon baggage rule related issues.
