I had checked in one trolley bag at Raipur airport on 9th August 24 against my PNR F38E6N and had fixed plastic lock at Raipur on screening of bag . This bag when it was received at Mumbai airport T1 terminal on 9th August had lock missing and i immediately knew there is some mischief done… when i opened the bag , i found one of the artefact (brassware) which i had bought at Raipur market was missing …. I had bought same as momento for my sister and paid INR 2539 for two pieces , of which one is missing . I request immediate compensation for same from Indigo airlines ….
