I arrived early morning on 29 Sept,24 to Mumbai International Airport. I am a Senior citizen who was traveling by myself from the USA. Since I had 2 suitcases and hand baggage, I was looking to avail the services of a porter to help me with the baggage. I approached a few, and I saw many ….most just sitting around, doing nothing. None of them seemed interested. At this point we hadn’t even discussed the payment. It was certainly most disappointing to see this complacent attitude. If they are not doing what they are there for, why are they allowed to just loiter around the arrival area?
