Complain about the rude ground staff at Emirates counter

I would like to complain about the ground staff named Tejashree sitting at Emirates counter economy class(full name not known since she said she does not have a surname ) we weighed our hand bags and paid excess luggage a d still she insisted us that we did not weigh and started arguing and asked me to shit my mouth , how can she say shut up to the passengers ? Is this how the international airport terminal behave ? What would be the impression of our country if this is how it is done to their own countrymen ??? We need you to take strict action against her as we will be visiting next month again and will check if the action has been taken or not, trust our complain will not go in vain
