I Ajay Vishwakarma am reporting a lost baggage incident involving Indigo Airlines. Our luggage crucial for an event has not reached Mumbai for more than 24 hours causing substantial distress. Despite reaching out to Indigo helpline the issue persists. Your prompt assistance in filing an FIR and resolving this matter is highly appreciated.
