Dear team
Greetings of the day.
This mail is in regards to a complain of damaged baggages receieved on the mumbai airport while travelling through HM260 flight.
We are highly disappointed by the fact that they have decline the claim and didnt inform us through any means.
After taking constant followup we have a negative response.
I also want the details on the criteria of claiming the damage as ” MINOR DAMAGE” .
Before claiming as minor damage neither did they ask for photos of damaged baggage, nor did the representative told us on the arrival.
Crack on the baggages doesnt allow us to use the bags for our future travel,
which inturn is a major damage and useless for us.
I want an immediate action and justification for the same.
We expect a positive response, if not considered we will take it to the consumer forum.
