Today 09:12:23 morning my son Shazeb Patel n his friend boarded the Emirates flight to Dubai, staff at check in counter said there luggage to be separated not one though they were traveling in one pnr. She said different surname so separate. Unnecessary they had to separate luggage. Why such staff r harassing unnecessary. please take action so in future others do not face problems.thanking you n hope action.
