I reported the loss to the airport staff immediately, But they are not provided me with a Lost Baggage Reference Number: he just note down my number and address and collected my baggage slip and give me a surety we are contact later and provide your zmzm water in courier in your address and given me his number 7045683216 But still not any update my lost baggage so plese solve my issue we are also agree to paid of courier charges of mumbai to my address my address is
