Dear Mumbai Airport,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a missed connecting flight caused by incorrect baggage information provided to me at Mumbai Airport on 02/03/25.

I was traveling on AI128 from London to Mumbai and had a connecting flight with Air India on AI 649 to Amritsar-Raja Sansi . Upon arrival, I was directed to the wrong baggage claim belt, which significantly delayed me in retrieving my luggage. As a result, I missed my connecting flight.

Due to this error, I incurred additional costs, including expenses such as meals and taxi costs in Amritsar . I believe this situation was caused by misinformation provided at the airport and was beyond my control.

I request a full investigation into this matter and compensation for the inconvenience and expenses incurred. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this issue. I have attached copies of my boarding passes, receipts, and any other relevant documents for your reference.

I look forward to your prompt response within 14 days.
