Dear Indigo Customer Support,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced with Indigo. I was charged ₹5000 for a no-show after arriving just five minutes late, despite the fact that my flight’s gate was changed without any clear announcement. I, along with several other passengers, missed the flight due to this lack of communication.

Following this, I rushed to the main Indigo counter, where I had to wait for an hour before being assisted by your staff for a new flight booking. I was then charged an additional ₹5000 for rebooking.

To add to my frustration, the new flight, which was scheduled to depart at 23:15, did not even begin boarding until 23:00, causing an unnecessary delay. Given that passengers are penalized for being even five minutes late, I find it highly unfair that there is no accountability when the airline itself fails to operate on time.

I request a refund for the no-show charge, as the delay on your end proves that strict time adherence is not consistently maintained. I expect a fair resolution to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.
